There are 4 parts to achieving ICON status as an EXP Agent:

01. Once an agent joins eXp, the clock begins ticking to reach the required sales production level during their anniversary year of joining the company. Once an agent has achieved a certain production level, they are interviewed by a current member of the ICON Vetting Committee. The purpose of the interview is to confirm the candidate operates in alignment with eXp Realty’s core values. ⁠⁠

02. Once the vetting process is completed, the ICON will be awarded $8,000 in publicly traded eXp World Holdings common stock, which vests after three years. Stock will be issued and released as long as the ICON Agent remains licensed exclusively with eXp Realty at the three-year vesting mark.⁠⁠

03. The ICON also has the ability to earn an additional $4,000 of publicly-traded eXp World Holdings common stock by satisfying the cultural commitment requirement during their ICON Benefit Year. This stock award has a two-year vest period. Stock will be issued and released as long as ICON Agent remains licensed exclusively with eXp Realty at the two-year vesting mark.⁠⁠

04. ICONs also have the opportunity to earn $4,000 of publicly traded eXp World Holdings company stock split into two equal payments of $2,000 by attending the eXp Shareholder Summit and EXPCON.⁠⁠

Being a Real Estate Agent means you are your own boss! Showing up for yourself is the only way to succeed!

01. Get on a team: In real estate, having experience is everything. If you’re new, you have no experience. With a team, you can market the team’s successes!⁠⁠ The team dynamic is also a great choice for a new agent because you are not just learning from one mentor, you’ve got the whole team!

02: Clients aren’t just going to fall in your lap: You have to go out and get them. This means saying ‘yes’ to social engagements you may have said no to in the past & reconnecting with people in your network that you may have lost touch with.⁠⁠ Staying consistent and reachable on all social platforms and websites.
⁠⁠

Don’t feel tempted to compare yourself to others. You are on your own journey.

03. BE NICE to your clients, associates, and other industry folks: If you’re a nightmare to work with, it could hurt your client’s chances in future deals and the ability to get new clients.⁠⁠ Everyone has the same goal of making it to the closing table. Your job is to make the process as smooth and pain free as possible.
