Who is Sage & Cedar?
Sage & Cedar is an Atlanta-based real estate team led by Heather Dean Frost, built on relationships, local knowledge, and thoughtful strategy. Founded as a collaborative team, Sage & Cedar was created with the belief that real estate should feel personal, transparent, and grounded in trust. Under Heather’s leadership, the team has grown with intention, focusing on clear communication, strong advocacy, and a deep understanding of Atlanta’s neighborhoods and housing market.

Sage & Cedar Team Fees
Homestead Realtors offers several ways to structure teams. The Standard Team structure is the most common, asking a 25% fee on all commissions on top of the 20% broker fee charged by Homestead Realtors. Sage & Cedar has taken on the Self-Organized Team structure. We ask a 10% fee on top of the 20% Homestead Realtors broker fee.
No Desk Fees, Royalty Fees or Franchise Fees
Commission & Cap
- 80/20 Commission Split
- $7,500 Cap
- After capping, earn 100% commission for the remainder of anniversary year.
* $250 capped transaction fee.
