01. Get on a team: In real estate, having experience is everything. If you’re new, you have no experience. With a team, you can market the team’s successes! The team dynamic is also a great choice for a new agent because you are not just learning from one mentor, you’ve got the whole team!
02: Clients aren’t just going to fall in your lap: You have to go out and get them. This means saying ‘yes’ to social engagements you may have said no to in the past & reconnecting with people in your network that you may have lost touch with. Staying consistent and reachable on all social platforms and websites.
Don’t feel tempted to compare yourself to others. You are on your own journey.
03. BE NICE to your clients, associates, and other industry folks: If you’re a nightmare to work with, it could hurt your client’s chances in future deals and the ability to get new clients. Everyone has the same goal of making it to the closing table. Your job is to make the process as smooth and pain free as possible.
