David grew up in Atlanta and lived in Grant Park for 20 years until moving to East Lake. Mallory is a transplant to Atlanta from the upstate of South Carolina. She moved here in 2011 with her husband to continue her career in the wireless industry. After excelling in the wireless industry & having a passion for design & renovation projects she decided to swing a hammer at Real Estate. Kristin is Sage & Cedar’s agent on duty serving the Northwest Georgia and Chattanooga area. Kristin moved from Atlanta to Rossville for the hiking trails, waterfalls, and perfect balance of city and country living. She first realized her goal of becoming a real estate agent in 2019 after the birth of her daughter. Seeing her family buy, flip, and sell homes inspired her to get her license to be able to contribute to the process. After her first couple of transactions helping homeowners and homebuyers through such a momentous part of their lives, a true passion developed. In her personal and professional life, Kristin goes above and beyond to serve others, making people feel seen, heard, and acknowledged. Her number one goal when assisting clients is to make the process of buying or selling a home seamless and hassle free.
