Don’t worry, if you’re looking to sell your home, but don’t have much to spare for expensive upgrades and whatnot, there’s still plenty you can do to spruce up your home. Here are some quick ways to increase your home’s curb appeal and sell your home on a budget:
6 Ways to Sell your Home on a Budget!
01. Remove personal items – This especially goes for pictures. Buyers don’t like to see many personal items, because it makes the house feel very lived-in. Try and clear out your personal decor items as well, unless they are something that could appear staged.
02. Clean all windows – Inside and out. Nobody wants to see fingerprints and smudges on windows. In the spring months pollen will build up along with dirt and cobwebs. Don’t forget to clean the windowsill as well!
03. Clean the inside of your home very well – Give your home a deep clean. Things that can be looked past by you, may not be looked past by the potential buyers. Also consider replacing less expensive items like cabinet handles, doorknobs, etc.
04. Landscaping – Mow the lawn, do some gardening, trim some bushes, and consider adding pathways. The outside of the home is the first impression, so it needs to be a good one!

05. Refresh the entryway – A good way to do this is to clean all debris, repaint the front door and porch steps, add a wreath, and maybe add some plants to the entry area if it feels empty.
06. Power-wash outdoor areas – Such as concrete slab or aluminum siding. If your driveway has seen better days, it’s a good idea to address this as well. Clean and fresh is always a good way to start a showing.
