After many years in the Hospitality Industry working with top Hotel, Vacation Destinations and Catering Companies, David decided it was time to venture into Real Estate. David grew up in Atlanta and lived in Grant Park for 20 years until moving to East Lake. He loves working with buyers and sellers in the in-town neighborhoods, mainly focusing on East Lake, Oakhurst, Decatur, Candler Park, Grant Park, Inman Park, Kirkwood, Ormewood Park and Glenwood Park. Kristin Nollet
Kristin is Sage & Cedar’s agent on duty serving the Northwest Georgia and Chattanooga area. Kristin moved from Atlanta to Rossville for the hiking trails, waterfalls, and perfect balance of city and country living. She first realized her goal of becoming a real estate agent in 2019 after the birth of her daughter. Seeing her family buy, flip, and sell homes inspired her to get her license to be able to contribute to the process. After her first couple of transactions helping homeowners and homebuyers through such a momentous part of their lives, a true passion developed. In her personal and professional life, Kristin goes above and beyond to serve others, making people feel seen, heard, and acknowledged. Her number one goal when assisting clients is to make the process of buying or selling a home seamless and hassle free. When she is not in real estate mode, she enjoys being outside spending quality time with her husband, Alex; 4 year old daughter, Wren; and 10 year old dog, Zero.

Originally from Sheffield, Alabama, Hali’s journey has taken her through four different states until she found her happy place in Metro Atlanta. With a degree in Marketing from Alabama A&M University, Hali has dipped her toes into various industries, finding a particular fondness for the automotive industry. In 2016, Hali and her husband began the search for their first home. While in the chaos of house-hunting, she stumbled upon a newfound passion for the real estate world. Fast forward to 2019, and she took the leap to become a licensed real estate agent herself.
