AJC Peachtree Road Race – July 3-4

Butternut Creek Festival – July 17-18

Popular juried arts and crafts shows at Meeks Park, Blairsville, with arts and crafts in a variety of media, demonstrations, food and live music. Free admission. Event Site

The Feel Good Festival – July 17-18

Festival of positive Caribbean music, with healthy lifestyle, food and arts and crafts vendors, in Fairburn, GA. Event Site

Atlanta DocuFest – July 22-24

Annual festival of international documentary film-making, held in an outdoor location for 2021. Event Site

Summer Run the ATL – July 25

20-mile run on the BeltLine, visiting many Atlanta neighborhoods. Registration required. Event Site

The Bloody Mary Festival – July 27

Kirkwood Spring Fling – July 31

Atlanta Dogwood Festival – August 6-8

Very popular annual arts, music and food festival in Piedmont Park, with artists market, children’s activities, international village, rides and more. Free admission. Event Site

ATL Comic Convention – August 6-8

Comic book and popular culture convention at the Georgia World Congress Center. Advance purchase 3-day admission from $60. Event Site

FroRibbean Fest – August 7

Annual festival of Afro-Caribbean music, with food, games, and dancing. Event Site

PeachFest – August 8

Annual food festival centered around the Georgia peach, with peach-based foods and drinks from local farms, restaurants, breweries and distilleries. Event is in association with the Dogwood Festival for 2021. Event Site

BeREGGAE – August 13-15

Annual festival of Afro-Caribbean music and culture in Piedmont Park, with live performances, DJs, food vendors, arts, and more. Free admission. Event Site

Decatur BBQ, Blues & Bluegrass Festival – August 14

Annual food and music festival in Legacy Park, Decatur. Ticket purchase required. Event Site

Sweet Auburn Springfest – August 14-15
